Apartment building located in the heart of the historical centre, on one of the city’s most commercial pedestrian streets.
We have different types of apartments depending on the number of occupants. There are apartments for three, four or up to five people.

All the apartments have:
Central air conditioning in the home.
Laminate flooring. Kitchens with appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, vitro-ceramic radiant cook top).
Wardrobes in bedrooms.
Three 3-bedroom apartments for five people with separate kitchen and patio. Two bathrooms (one en-suite from master bedroom), sitting room with balcony onto Calle Ancha and master bedroom also with balcony onto Calle Ancha.

Three 2-bedroom apartments for four people with bathroom, sitting room and separate kitchen.

Three 1-bedroom apartments for two people with bathroom and sitting room-kitchen.

All the apartments are fully furnished.
There is an attic on the top floor of the building with sun loungers for sun bathing. Only in summer.
